Return of new products
Returns of merchandise purchased from this website may be made within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of cost of the merchandise without a reason. Refunds will be made by crediting the original method of payment (i.e. credit card, debit card, etc.) (minus shipping and handling 10%). Products must be in new, unused condition.
Return of damaged, defective or wrong products sent
If the product you received was damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was shipped to you, you must first contact Swizz Style Customer Service at
1-877-663-7895 prior to returning your product or send us an email: support@swizz-style.com. There is no shipping or handling charges in such cases.
After the return period, products will be covered by our manufacturer's warranty as applicable.
*Please note that any unauthorized returns not accompanied by a Return Authorization number will not be accepted.
Please have your proof of purchase ready when contacting us.
Swizz Style cannot be responsible for lost returns. We recommend using an insured and prepaid method for your return, such as UPS ground or insured USPS for proof of delivery.
Please include all original packing materials, manuals, and accessories with the product. All Products must be returned in its original packaging and in sellable condition. If you do not have the original packaging, you are responsible for packing the product properly so no damages van be avoided. . We recommend you return items via UPS ground or insured USPS for proof of delivery.
